We provide on-site service at your worksite free of charge for the initial visit. During this visit, our technician will perform a full diagnostic evaluation of the issue you are experiencing. After diagnosing the problem:
If repairs are required, we will determine whether replacement parts are needed.
If parts are necessary, they will be ordered upon approval from the designated decision-maker.
Quotes for repairs and parts can be provided upon request.
Once the required parts have arrived (if applicable), we will return to your site to complete the repair. After the repair is performed, the unit will be thoroughly tested to ensure it is restored to full working condition. The unit will only be released back into service once it has been verified to be operating at full functionality. All repairs and parts orders will be completed only after receiving proper approval.
On-Site Preventive Maintenance (PM) Service
We provide on-site preventive maintenance at the customer’s location free of charge. Our team will set up in a designated area provided by the customer to perform the full PM process, which includes:
Thorough cleaning of all unit components using air cleaning techniques.
Engine oil and filter replacement to ensure optimal performance.
Air filter replacement to maintain clean airflow.
Fuel system maintenance including draining the fuel regulator or replacing the fuel filter if needed.
Greasing of mast and steer tires for smooth operation.
Lubrication of mast channels and chains to prevent wear and ensure safe handling.
Unit cleaning/wipe down for appearance and maintenance of components.
Comprehensive inspection to identify current issues and potential short- and long-term concerns. This preventive maintenance process ensures your equipment remains in peak condition, reducing downtime and extending the life of your unit.
